Revenue Base Worksheet

Similar to past years, all COVID revenue continues to be excluded from members’ revenue bases. Please make sure to clearly list these deductions on your revenue worksheet. In addition, if your Library is covered by IRMA, please make sure the Library revenue is recorded appropriately and provide a copy of the Library’s annual audit and budget.  All completed revenue base worksheets and audited financial reports (ACFR’s) must be submitted no later than July 18th. This information is critical as we prepare the IRMA 2025 budget. Any revenue bases not submitted by the deadline of July 18th are subject to late penalties per section 4.01 of the IRMA bylaws. Any request for an extension must be submitted in writing prior to the due date of July 18th. No extensions will be granted past August 1st. As of August 2nd, any member who has not yet submitted their revenue base worksheet will be subject to daily penalties of $100.
